What is Confidence in a business woman?
Confidence is
a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.

That sounds too simple! Because all kinds of factors influence us and make us either confident, over confident or lack confidence.
Have you ever attended a meeting & where some colleagues (men & women)seem to know all, project confidence about different topics.
Most of the time they actually have no idea about the topic on hand but they end up impressing the meeting because of the way the speak & their body language.
These traits are important especially if you want to be successful in your corporate job or as a CEO of your own company!
A truly confident person is usually quiet and unassuming. The old saying ’empty vessels make more noise’ still holds true. Someone who possesses quiet confidence doesn’t talk over people.
