In Arab Culture, for example, it’s an insult to conduct business of any sort, without an exchange of a gratuity between the parties taking place first.
It’s my intent to teach the Art of Gifting to to encourage cooperation at work in today’s diversified business world.
What makes me an expert in the art of gifting is my background. As a professional woman with a background in education, I have enormous responsibilities managing client accounts worth millions of dollars.
Thanks to my experiences as an educator teaching in diverse countries and cultures, I’m aware of some common attributes most women share.
